hi,

is there an option for searching server wide emails ( ex. search all mails on every account "to: @company" and "from: @company" and then save them to special account/folder/disk )
i know there is search box in every account but can it be done from admin perspective for all accounts ? if there is not an option from the frontend maybe there is a "hack" to do it from backend of mail server ( copying files to another server )

There is no option like this. The only option, which will be the closest, is using the integrated archiving. You then should be able to search in the archive.

But I suggest checking the legal requirements before, as you are maybe violating laws for privacy data protection in your country.

As was mentioned by Kerio, be sure of the legal aspect first before possibly violating the privacy laws of the jurisdiction.

The email files, *.eml, are text stored in the .\MailServer\store\mail\{DomainName}\ folder. You could use something like AgentRansack utility to search through all files to find particular text. But again, this could be considered a privacy violation if there is not a valid legal reason behind doing it, such as investigation of an employee for violating company policy or law of the land.
