We have an issue with our KOFF not deploying to client stations consistently upon upgrade from the Admin interface. We have the appropriate selections checked under Configuration - Advanced Options - Software Updates.

We have had to manually deploy the offline connector on certain stations where it is not deploying correctly. We use MS Outlook as our emaail API. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have from time to time on updates. Always seemed to be particular machines. You can try a complete Kerio workstation removal of the software, reboot, and install the latest version fresh to see if that works going forward. I don't remember if Kerio has a removal utility or not that does a complete scrub.

Other option is to use Microsoft GPO to install the updated Connector during Windows login, and not use the Kerio Updater program.
