You should put a port mapping (not a Translation). So that the public ip ports 110 & 25 are visible from outside as the public ip.

In this case it would be:
Souce: Your network address connected to internet
Destination: Firewall
Services: POP3/SMTP (IMAP if you have mail server that supports it)
Port mapping to the internal ip of the mail server for services needed.

This setup should be if your mail server is inside of your private LAN.

Portmapping is available for each port. You can map a mail server to one internal pc and a websever (port 80) to another and a news server (port 119) to another and so on and so on.
You can not map one specific port to more than one internal pc's.

I don't have expeerience with checkpoint, but I don't understand what you are trying to do.

If you want multiple websites on port 80 on the same public IP, that is the job ofIIS (Internet information server), or whatever webserver you use.

If you have one public ip address you can have lots of services running on that public IP, but obviously in different ports (SMTP on 25, POP3 on 110, www on 80, etc).

Port maping is used if you have the mail server for example running in a box inside the LAN. So winroute maps all activity coming from the public ip in the port configured and routes it to the private ip & port specified.
