Hi all,
i noticed this message repeated multiple times in my kerio control error log

01/Jun/2016 03:36:43] Unable to get address where to send failure notification, message: ./mqueue/12d56024-8f7e-bb4b-8a0a-ed91493d5324.eml, retryNo: 0

My understanding is that's something related with mail alert, am i right?
I configured my internal SMTP server in the remote services->SMTP relay section, and if i click the Test button the mail from Kerio arrives with no problem.

Can someone explain me the cause of this message?

Thanks,
Fabio

That sounds like an email was intercepted by SMTP inspector and could not be delivered to destination server.

What Control version you have ? Does all your Kerio Control users have valid email address defined ?

I have an NG500 running Control version 9.0.3 build 879.
Right now i have only one user (admin), but i found it has no email address defined.
I'll define an email address for the admin user and see if the error disappears.
Thanks for the help

UPDATE: the error message represented, even though i defined the email address for the admin user.
Any other suggestion?
