You can use this online tool to check if your certificate is properly installed. https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html
Usually the problem is that the intermediate certificate is not included in the imported certificate.
This article describes how to install the intermediate certificate http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-connect/server-configurati on/ssl-certificates/configuring-ssl-certificates-in-kerio-co nnect-1132.html
As you already imported the certificate, you need to export the private key because our interface will require you to import this private key in combination with the properly formatted certificate. Unfortunately you cannot simply update the current certificate, you must import a new one with the private key.
