Dear all,
Today we were moved from Telekom (PBX) to easybell (trunk).

I need some advice in configuration the kerio operator.

The trunks are ok and working, but I am missing the dialing numbers.
e.g. 0049602396406 (Main)
My number 00496023964063
colleages 00496023964065

Where can I define this?

Thank you for the answer. But it was not helpful for me.

This will be perhabs helpful for others:

This generates 10 entries.

some remarks from me, which might be helpful:

we ported our numbers from an non-voip pbx to kerio operator / easybell trunk.
In the past, we had 2-digit extensions and "0" (one digit) for the operator.
However, our trunk had 3-digit extensions, which made migration difficult.
It took me some time to figure out how to enter the extensions. First I tried
1234xxx. That was happily accepted by the GUI, however, "0" and 2-digit-Extensions were not routed, only 3-digit extensions worked (which are not in use...)
Finally, I had to enter all extensions one by one, comma separated. Now we can use 1-3 digit extensions.

Second: CLIP no screening did not work. The solution: leave the default headers in operator, but make a change at the easybell customer settings: "From-Username" does the trick (see screenshot attached).

To show forwarded numbers by CLIP no screening, replace "EXTERNAL_NUMBER" by "ORIGINAL_NUMBER" in the From-Header (SIP Interface settings). Don't rewrite outgoing numbers by adding a prefix, it will be added to forwarded numbers, too. Use "use incoming routing table" instead.

We have also moved from pbx to kerio operator.
I booked 2 hours help from brainworks with remote service. Everything went fine.
Some question comes up in the early morning, but when the remote service were starting, not question stays unanswered.

So it took ca. 3 h for setting up the phones and the kerio operator.

Best Regards,
