I have 2 Linux kerio server
1 = new server version 9.04 and create user "sombat"
2 = old server version 8.22(2224) have user "sombat" too
I restore from version 8.22 to verdion 9.0.4 only user's folder "sombat" successfully. I logon to linux with putty check sombat's folder every folder has come from old server.

My problem is cannot use sombat email, it is error "Failed to read rights from folder INBOX, internal error "
Other user work normally.

How to fix this problem.

Got the same error.

Old Server = Kerio 9.1
New Server = Kerio 9.1

Full Backup copied to the new server and first restored for all users. As it didn't work, I also restored it for single users. But everytime I login on webmail, I get the "Failed to read rights from folder INBOX, internal error."-Error message.

I read every tutorial I found, but all tricks didn't helped.

What can we do to fix it?
