we have a customer running Kerio Connect 9.0.4 patch 1 (1154) on a MAC OS X 10.8.5. We have started to migrate the MAC Users from Outlook 2011 to Outlook 2016. It seems, that the users are creating unlimited EWS connections on the server / the connections get never closed. In the Active Connection Pane some users have an entire page of EWS connections.

Does anyone know this problem / has a similar problem?

The Outlook 2016 is of course the latest version.

Under normal circumstances each Outlook 2016 has about 5-6 opened connections. One is "GetStreamingEvents" request, which waits for the changes in the mailbox. The rest should be waiting for the upcoming request, the "Info" column should say something like "Handled request XYZ. Waiting for new request (keep-alive)..."
If you have more connections, it could signalize some problem. Enable EWS in Debug log, check Warning and Error log. If the problem persists, please contact our technical support ( http://forums.kerio.com/index.php?t=msg&th=5908&star t=0).
