For a week ago we activated an External spamfilter to one of our domains.
after this a lot of "real" mail is transferred to JunkEmail folders in outlook..
why does this happen, and how can we prevent this.

Before the external spamfilter was active, nothing come to junkemail-folder.

Anyone got any idea ?

Well your external spam filter was set too tight. Work with that vendor to loosen it up until you get the results you want. Not a Kerio issue.
