Dear all,

we are using Kerio operator since a week. Every thing is now working.

We do miss one function. When I catch a phone call from a colleague with *8, I do not see the calling number from the external caller.

Is there a way to get this into the display?

Best Regards,

Heinz

Which phones do you use? The smarter ones should display the caller's number.

I don't have any experience with those phones.

Once a call is answered using the call pickup service, Operator sends an UPDATE or INVITE message with the caller details. Most phones update their displays and show the information. The Alcatel phones probably don't.

I thought i can made it with:
Anruf-Routing
SIP-Schnittstelle bearbeiten
SIP-Daten
Standard --> Gliederung RFC5806

Funktioniert aber leider nicht.

Please check it with a softphone application like x-lite. I`am quite sure that x-lite is showing the orginal caller number and kerio operator is configured correct.
