Hey guys,

this morning - actually since yesterday 7pm UTC+1 - we encountered big Problems with the virtual appliance. I installed the appliance on a ESXi 5.1 Server and put up a 2nd Hard Disk as suggested in the knowledgebase for the mailboxes.
Never the less, root Hard Disk provided by the appliance went full.
We could see that there were a lot of Anti-Spam Data which filled the Hard Disk.
Since we receive the EMails via POP3 Connector, the main Problem and how we figured out was:
[08/Jul/2016 10:04:03] Pop3ClientDb.cpp: Pop3ClientDb::updateDownloadedMessages() - SQLite error: code 13, error SQLITE_FULL[13]: database or disk is full

So the affect was, that the EMails come in a lot of times, since it wasnt indexed that they were already received, I guess.
We made a quick fix so the Mail Server work okay again by deleting a lot of Anti-Spam Files.
The question which Troubles me is, why those Anti-Spam Folders arent covered by the Knowledgebase regarding a 2nd Hard Disk in the First Place.

And how to fix this long term? Shouldnt be the Pop database and those anti-spam files also on the 2nd Hard Disk?

By now we only see as solution to set up a new Linux VM by ourself, install Kerio and recover it with the backup. But we would be glad if there was another solution.

There is also, a smaller, Problem with the Backups, since it always performs Full Backups instead of the differantial ones. But thats not our big issue right now.

Best regards

So apparently, to clarify the problem, the Anti-Spam Module produces a new Folder every 5 Minutes. Im not sure wether the Problem ist that there shouldnt be new Folders every 5 Minutes or the old ones should be deleted automatically. Im pretty sure the 2nd approach is correct, but I cant find any options regarding this. After deleting a lot of old Anti-Spam Folders everything went back to normal.

What "new folders" do you mean? Folders in plugins/keriobda/antispam/ ?
