Hello,

We have installed a new Kerio Control box (NG300). I have configured the NG300 to read our Apple OSX 10.6 Server Open Directory. I can successfully test the connection, and I can see all the users that are configured in OS X Workgroup Manager.

Our problem is that we cannot authenticate to VPN with OD users. I have created a local user (Local User Database), and it works fine for VPN connections. But, when I try to use one of the OD accounts, I receive an error of "Authentication Failed". I have tried using the OD short name, and also the FQDN of (someone<_at_>domain.com). Both produce the same "authentication failed" error. I have read through the Control VPN configuration info, and don't see a what I may be missing.

On the upper left of the Directory Services tab, it states "Not a member of any domain" with a grey dot.

How do I bind the NG300 box to OD?
Is that even possible?
Is the NG300 only capable of using Windows AD to authenticate users?

Thanks for your time,
