I'm setting up a GrandStream GXW4108, when i call an outside number its as if theres a two ring buffer, you hear two rings before it starts ringing the outside line. you can hear a different tone in the rings on the third ring. i have the incoming calls set for two rings to catch the caller ID but when i change that setting it doesn't effect the out going calls, anyone have any suggestions.

Try contacting the Grandstream support. My experience is that they are quite quick to respond.
