Is an OS X Server to Kerio Calendar Migration possible?

We currently have 70 users 15 bookable rooms and a few other bookable resources.

Since upgrading to El Capitan on both client and server, we have had lots of problems with OS X Calendar server. The main one being unable to use the availability checker.

I have tried exporting calendars using the client and importing into kerio account using the same client but this breaks all the meeting attendees and room and resources booking.

Also the delegation seems to work differently. I currently have to run a series of commands on the OS X server to allow all of our users to see each others calendars. Is there a way of doing this in Kerio

Any help would be most appreciated.
