Hi there,

our control is using in about 2 weeks over 75% of the available RAM (available 2 GB) of our HW-appliance.

i found out, that it is the content filter and the intrusion prevention (but the most content filter).

if i stop both, i get my RAM back and control is only using about 20-25% instead of 75%.

Yesterday i restarted both services again and today there are again 55% in use of control. i think in another 2 weeks it will be again over 75%.

Now my question:
is this normal or a bug?
will the content filter stop getting ram at a specific point? or will it kill my control with overfilling the RAM?
is it bad for performance to restart the security features at this point?

Control Version 9.1.0 Build 1087

thank you

The new application awareness feature requires more RAM so it is normal to use most of the 2 GB of RAM.
