Hi,

Some help/guidance greatly appreciated here please.

Using Kerio Connect Offline Connector with Outlook 2013.

Able to add resources (meeting rooms) in Kerio and these pull through to Outlook, however cannot seem to get Outlook Resource Calendars to update. Each Calendar view for these resources displays "! could not be updated" at the top, and creating a meeting request will allow me to book a resource (with confirmation email received to that effect) but resource calendars blank.

This only appears to be an issue with Outlook, as the relevant resource calendars in Kerio do update.

Thanks!

Make sure that resource calendar is correctly added to Outlook profile as any other shared mailbox as described at http://kb.kerio.com/1556
If you add the calendar in any other way, it will not work properly.

Hi Pavel, thanks for your response...greatly appreciated!

The issue is not in sharing the calendar I think....as I understand it the resources have been created in Kerio by our Admin, but I personally cannot see the resource calendars in Outlook (not that I cannot share them.) In other words, there is nothing there to share.

There is something to subscribe to. Read "Subscribing to shared folders" chapter in that Knowledge base article. If you want to see a resource calendar as a calendar in Outlook, you need to subscribe it first (open as shared mailbox).
