I have a client that is having their IP greylisted/blocked. It appears as though it might be a SPAM issue because I see the following in the Security log of Kerio Connect...

Message from IP address 157.122.XXX.X, sender <lptw<_at_>216.113.XXX.XXX> rejected: sender domain does not exist.

I have thousands of these entries. About 2 per second and just with different sets of about 3 or 4 letters in front of the <_at_> symbol.

Seems to me like something is trying to send out spam from our network. Any suggestions on how I can nail that down? Find out where it is coming from?

Thanks for any help!

go to mxtoolbox.com and plug in the domain

These seem to be incoming messages. Kerio checks if the sender domain is existing. If it is not, it rejects the message.

So these messages are normal, we get them all the time.

The question is: Do you get all the emails you need and can you send all the emails? If so, don't worry about those security log entries.
