Hello All, we had a user that we deleted from the Admin Interface, but we accidentally selected to keep the users files when we meant to delete them. How do I now go back and clear that up? I know we could probably delete the files from the Data Store but I imagine this might lead to other issues. What is the proper procedure to remove a deleted users' files.

Thanks in advance, Eduard Tieseler

In this case, you are safe to remove the user folder from the mail store.

You could re-add the user, then again delete the user.

Thank you all for the quick response. We re-created the user then removed them and it worked like a charm.

Thanks again!
