I have a problem with 9.1

I can't see or chat to my external contacts.

Ports open in the Firewall 5222, 5223 und 5269

What can i do?

With Kerio Connect Client you can only chat with people from your GAL, as the integrated IM service for the Kerio Connect Client does not support federation.

If you would like to chat with external people. you have to use a Jabber client (Apple Messages, Adium etc.) and activate federation in Kerio Connect server (Configuration->Instant Messaging->XMPP Federation)

I use Apple Messages an the Port in the Firewall is open.
In Kerio Connect i set up federation. It has work the last Years.
