Hi all.
We have SIP providers Multifon with external number and with permanent register. Multifon created for all incoming and outgoing calls for all extensions. We have an external service "Cnord cloud service" and extension 150 in KO. So the object is: all incoming external calls have to transfer to "Cnord cloud service", if they choose extension 150. "Cnord cloud service" has provided settings for connection to the service via SIP: login, password, domain (call-center.cnord.net), port (5060), phone number for dialing (00000 or "client"). Also service doesn`t support permanent register, their server only accept single calls with autorisation. They send us example settings for Asterisk:
via SIP: exten => s,1,Dial(SIP/login:password@call-center/client,5,gm)
via IAX2: exten => s,1,Dial(IAX2/login:password@call-center/client,5,gm)
same => n,GotoIf($[${HANGUPCAUSE}=16]?end_of_call)
same => n,Dial(DAHDI/g0/101,,m) ; перевод на оператора, если ошибка вызова
same => n(end_of_call),Hangup

We have tried many ways of configuration in KO, but every time we call extension 150 it hangs up.
Thank you.

Hi Feliks,

1. Create an external interface for cnord. Configure it with username+password, disable registration, leave the external number empty.

2. Create an outbound route with some unused prefix, for example #9.

3. Create a speed dial 150 with destination number "#9".

Make a test call. If the provider rejects the call, then you might need to modify number in the From header. Edit the outbound route "#9" and set the calling number to "0000", or whatever the provider expects.

Filip

After all these settings KO sad:"Sorry, it`s a wrong number" and hanged up. So, we didn`t transfer call to "Cnord".

Can you please post a packet dump and a debug log (asterisk + asterisk detailed) with the call captured?

How can we take debug log? Is it on server with KO?

Edit the outbound route and set the calling number to "(o) Assign the default number to all extensions" and set the "Default number" to "0000".

It doen`t help us. If we make call to extension 150, KO just hangs up. If in "edit outgoing route" we set "2" in "called number: strip digits from left", than KO says "Sorry, it`s a wrong number". It seems, that KO doesn`t try to call thru interface "cnord", because we don`t see any external IP in log file.

We`ve got these lines from dumps after connection from "X-lite softphone" and from KO. When connection from "X-lite softphone" after this line goes line"5 0.126903 52.19.193.54 192.168.1.37 SIP 592 Status: 100 Trying | ", and then line "6 0.126974 52.19.193.54 192.168.1.37 SIP/SDP 909 Status: 200 OK | ". When connection from KO, after this line goes "5 0.130380 52.19.193.54 192.168.1.33 SIP 562 Status: 403 Forbidden | ", and then line "7 0.132892 192.168.1.33 192.168.1.37 SIP 520 Status: 503 Service Unavailable | ".

A significant difference between the two invites is that the x-lite one contains a sip username in the From header. You can configure this in Operator on the "SIP Details" tab by setting the From number in the outgoing headers table to "3ad...12f".

Thank`s a lot. If it possible, can You post a screenshot of this setting, as an example. Because I can`t find any help info about headers in KO. There are a few settings, which I don`t understand.
