I had an issue like this with a couple users, on two different VPN packages from different vendors. It may be caused because the NAT network subnet is the same as the work network subnet. So for example, both networks used a subnet of 192.168.0.X.

Try changing your NAT subnet to something different like 192.168.2.X or 192.168.3.X, or 10.10.10.X. If that does not work, please post more information so others can ponder your issue.

What is the network ip/subnet configuration of each network?
What is your network topology?
Network configuration?
Are you using the IPSEC VPN configuration, or the Kerio VPN configuration?
What VPN client software are you using?

Tell us as much as you can about your networks, without giving away security information.
