Good morning/afternoon/evening everybody

There are some co-workers that uses to put themselves in CC when sending an e-mail: as long as I don't want to have all those messages for nothing (they have the same message in sent items) there is a way to set a rule for the all domain that doesn't deliver a message to the person that writes it?
Thank you in advance for any suggestion!

No, you can add recipients in server rules, not remove them. I think it's best way for new forum post few months later: "Connect mysteriosly losts some messages" Very Happy

Seriously, in server rules, you can set rule with two conditions, ALL must match: FROM a@b.c, and CC a<_at_>b.tld
unfortunately the action for removing of TO or CC address does not exists. You can reject the message (return to sender), or send some notification to sender or to you.

Some users need a copy of their messages, because they use it for simple "conversation"/thread view in Inbox or on mobile device, they need copy for some kind of personal archiving, need it for POP3 download (so message must be delivered to INBOX). Ask them first why they need the copy, try educate them if it's useless. If these duplicates are too big to your storage and education do not help, set disk quotas, enable automatic deleting of old messages...
