I would like to implement this scenario for our company :

1) client lambda contact us through a generic email address (info<_at_>company.com)
2) the email is received automatically by all members (collaborators) of the list
3) one of our collaborator answer to the email -> it replies to the client + the list
4) the client to respond again automatically to the whole list
5) another collaborator to reply, etc.

The goal is to keep a whole team informed of all discussions with clients.

I thought it was possible with the features of "Mailing list",
but no matter the settings are, point number 4) is not working if client doesn't "reply to all". If he does make a simple "reply" (and he will...) then only the collaborator gets the email and the whole list is broken.

Is there any combination in Kerio to completely cover this use case?

Thanks in advance
