Hello,

Last week I upgraded my Kerio Connect from version 9.0.4 to 9.1.1 (Windows Server Datacenter 2008R2 installation) and I found that Kerio Connect Client now works very slow, especially searching and browsing contact.

This occurs when I work in Windows Terminal Server 2008 R2 (I can't try in other TS version) and Internet Explorer 11. With Firefox or Chrome the problem is minimized.

Does anyone else have this problem ? Any solution ?

Thank you.

I can confirm that IE11 is too slow to use. Firefox feels better, but it is not so good as KC 8.5.3 was. Kerio really need to do something and quick.

I see, but it's not an isolated problem. It happens to a lot more people.
However, thanks for your time.

Yes, we just upgraded and found we have the same slowness problem with IE11 in addition to a problem where it is difficult to keep the new emails in the foreground. Support says the latter issue is known and they have no eta for a fix. If you use IE11, and have a lot of vocal users, stay away from 9.1.1 because you will hear from them every single day.

Is there a way to roll back to earlier version easily?
