Hi all,

a strange problem we are struggling with:
we have an iPhone 6 (iOS 9.3.5) which syncs perfectly via Exchange ActiveSync, except the notes.
Our Kerio Connect is version 8.5.3.

- This happens with one account set up on the phone, but not with a second one (i.e., with a second account we set up for testing, it works fine)
- It happens only with this one account
- Removing the device from Users/Mobile Devices... and then setting it up again did not help

So I guess it is an account problem more than a device problem. Where is the sync configuration stored so that I can reset it?
I found 2 XML files, #sync/folderfilter.map and #sync/###.asy, but what tags in there are to be edited/deleted?

Hopefully somone can help,

BB

Check the EAS (Exchange Active Sync) version in mobile device details in WebAdmin.
(WebAdmin > right click on the user -> More Actions... -> Mobile Devices...)
It looks like the device is using EAS 12.x (w/o notes support), not 14.x

Thanks for the quick reply.
No, I just checked again, the device uses ActiveSync® 14.1.
(Plus, Notes syncing works with this specific devices when using a different account!)
