Dear all,

We installed Kerio operator softphone on a IPhone 6 recently and we noticed that when a call comes in and the screen is locked, it does not overrule the lock. So the user has to unlock the phone first. After that, if the IPhone still rings, he can answer the call.

Android phones with Kerio softphone installed does not have this problem and can answer straight away from the locked screen.

Is anyone familiar with this? We did not found how to solve this.

Thanks, Robin

Best regards,
Robin, Automation ICT

On the iPhone, you need to slide left on the incoming call notification. After that, you can accept or decline the call. Nevertheless the phone will stay locked during the call.
