Hello,

one of our clients has a lot of mobile devices (iPhones, Android, Windows Phone) accessing Kerio 9.04 Server via Activesync without problems.

Since Monday one Windows Phone client can't access the server - error no. 0x85010014

- we've deleted the exchange account on the mobile phone and recreated it - no change
- we are trying to reset the mobikle phone via Kerio Client...settings... mobile

But there we are getting for hours the waiting circle

How can I delete/reactivate the activesync connection?

Any help would be appreciated.
