Just upgraded our first box to Operator 2.5 and attached to MyKerio.com and we noticed it shows an alert state with the message "Blocked IP Address".

Is there a way to disable or acknowledge that alert so it clears up? Our rules block 3 failed attempts for 100 days and on average have 40+ IPs blocked at every given moment... having all our operators in an alert state all the time ruins much of the value from MyKerio.

Hi,

yes there is. Go to Security and look for an option called "Display notification in Administration and in MyKerio."

Thanks! Was looking all over MyKerio, didn't think to look in Operator itself.

Awesome job on the new version guys... now just figure out how to do provisioning securely over the internet and I'll have no complaints! LOL

Oh, and a way to whitelist an IP so it won't be blocked ever.
