Sorry for bad English.

I'm from vietnam
I have 2 wan configuration (different ISP) using PPPoE protocol (FTTH) to run load balancing. However 1 WAN by an ISP is always the "connective problem" whether I have to change to another network card. With the "connective problem" it can not transmit data WAN though still connected.
I suspect the fault is due to ISP. I have contacted the ISP but they said they had checked and found still connected network.
Please help explain the above error is what? How to fix.
Thanks for the help
