For those seeking to use Kerio Connect on the same box as macOS Server, the Reverse Proxy Tutorial needed some revisions to support the newly released macOS Server 5.2 but that is now completed and version 2.0.2 is online in the Tutorials section of the RAIS page at:

http://rais.precursor.ca

Note, Best Practice is to put Kerio Connect on its own Mac without macOS Server. The tutorial is also of value even if you have two computers but only have one external i.p. address for them to share.
