Hello everyone,

I noticed that Kerio MailServer became slower and slower during past weeks, with Outlook I need to wait 2 minutes to download 5 messages from the server. The only change happened in the past weeks is the addition of 2 user accounts so now we have 10 accounts working on the Kerio.

What are the solutions to prevent this slow situation?

the machine that runs kerio is a
Mac Mini Late 2014 i5 with 16GB ram and 1TB hdd.

thanks in advance,

Antony

Is there a antivirus active? Is it also slow, if you use the web interface?

The KOFF stores a local cache for all mails (from outlook). So if your local hdd is slow, so will be outlook. Also if the antivirus scans the cache folder, it slows down extremely.

Where is located the koff cache folder?

The local cache is in: users/<local user>/AppData/Local/Kerio/Outlook Connector
