Hi I'm looking for someone to help us integrate a sql database with Kerio Operator
We have a sql programer but have no experience with integration with Operator.

What we would like is for incoming call to send a command or to SQL passing the phone number to SQL.
We can then look this number up in our CRM and pass to the sales team users screens.

So I'm just looking for someone to help us do the programming of Operator and tell us what the SQL commands should be.

What CRM are you using? If Salesforce.com, then this can be done already without SQL programming. http://kb.kerio.com/product/kerio-operator/crm-integration-d esktop-dialers/salesforce-integration-with-kerio-operator-14 84.html

Check the CRM for AMI integration capabilities - this might get you a fair amount of traction.
