I have a very strange question and I need advice.

A client have 15 mailboxes. He want to use 10 on the Kerio Connect and 5 on another external service.

At the moment if one user of the 10 kerio mailboxes sent a message to one of the other 5 external mailbox he receive this error:

(: Mailbox does not exist)

There is a possibility to solve is problem or the only way is to add 5 users to the Kerio?

Thanks in advance

I would recommend to add additional 5 users. You will defintely face the same problem with the external server, once a user from this server wants to send a mail to a user, not existing on this external server.

However, in the domain options (double-click on the domain) you can define a forward for non existing users to another server.
