Having just migrated all my email accounts in my Outlook for Mac 2016 client setup from IMAP to Exchange to deal with performance issues, I was eager to try out the Exchange server rules or each email personality/account -- and have them migrate to any Outlook Mac 2016 client I was using (e.g., on multiple computers that I may use).

I use rules all the time, so I'm familiar with the interface -- and have no problem using Outlook to create client rules. But, with SERVER stored rules, I can create and "save" them ... but they don't actually save. I've tested this with Microsoft Exchange servers (e.g., my live.com address) and all works as expected. That said, when I hit save -- there's a message saying it's saving. On the Kerio Exchange accounts, there's no such message.

Anyone able to make server based Exchange rules work on their Kerio server?

Don't know if this works on a Mac but it works on a PC. Server rules are done via the Kerio connection icon which on a PC is in the ribbon bar across the top of the window. There is a rule making icon located under that.

I'm sorry, but this feature is not supported with Kerio Connect.

Mail filtering rules can be configured in Kerio Connect Client or in Kerio Outlook Connector for Windows.
