Sorry, is a true Desktop app (Syncronization, local cache, local folders, offline access) or a customized browser page?

It's true... a full blown desktop email application.

It doesn't say in the release notes if this has a local cache or not. Can we get confirmation one way or the other? I'm not seeing the majority of our users wanting this over Outlook 2016 but it would be better than a browser based solution, even though they look identical.

It says in the Release Notes "all the features of the browser-based client"
And i tried it, so: No offline access.

Thanks a lot for "Anti-spam layering"!

If we had a way to store archive emails locally on the users computer we would be overjoyed. That is what is holding us to Outlook and Mac Mail.

After installing this new Kerio 9.2 release on Mac OS Sierra (10.12.1), Apple Mail crashes on start.

Only when I disable e-mail for the two Kerio accounts I have configured (leaving a Microsoft Exchange and a Gmail account enabled) - Apple Mail starts correctly again.

The error I get is:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[EWSCalendarItemType AssociatedCalendarItemId]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0x7f80764a67b0'

Webmail does work, and the new Kerio Connect app also works, but only supports one e-mail account..

Does anybody have the same issue?

The crash happens when Mail is communicating with the Kerio connect server. When Offline it doesn't crash.

I tried to update our Kerio Connect from version 8.5.0 (4416) to 9.2 but after upgrade users cannot login to mail. Upgrade was installed from .rpm package directly on server. I went through logs but couldn't find exact reason for this behavior but is seems that Kerio doesn't recognize users ID/Name. Mail server is running on CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core) 64 bit.

Errors:
[10/Nov/2016 16:01:36] ASyncRequest.cpp: Failed to read ActiveSync request data from the client (Content-Length header: 52, Available data: 0). [User: testuser<_at_>domain.com, Device: (SEC18133EBA56FC6, SAMSUNGSMG925F, Android-SAMSUNG-SM-G925F/101.60001), IP address: 172.85.65.20]

Since the update, users running Internet Explorer 11 are having problems downloading attachments.

The download ribbon appears at the bottom of the window, then disappears before the user has chance to select Save or Open.

It works fine in Chrome, Firefox and using the client, it just seems to be Internet Explorer that is having problems.

Is this a known problem in 9.2.0? Is there anything we can do to fix this?

Thanks
