I just configured an iPhone running iOS 10.0.2 for a user who had had a different iPhone. Server is 9.1.1

I used the profile installer at the webmail login page on the iPhone.

All works except the user's Contacts app. It does not show any contacts, whereas it should be pulling from Global Address List.

Have never seen this before. I have reconfigured the iPhone several times.

Anyone have any advice?

Thanks,

ft.

Have you specified that you want the CONTACTS folder to sync? I assume they're using Exchange ActiveSync?

We are also having this problem. We are switching people from iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 using the profile installer from the web page. We are not setting them up as ActiveSync. We are seeing that neither the global address list or their personal contacts will sync. The accounts do not even show up in the contacts app. Calendar is also affected and does not show up in the calendar app either

As a workaround we are setting them up as ActiveSync (and that works) but this would not be our preference.

We are on KerioConnect 9.2.
