I want to import an personal secure email certificate from Comodo into Kerio Connect Desktop. But it ask for an extension with .p12 or .pfx. The (free) certificate I download from Comodo are without an extension. Sad

What to do?

Try to rename the file - add suffix. As a first attempt it's the fastest way.

Unfortunately that didn't do the trick.

I would say you have downloaded only public certificate file and not private key. Import that downloaded file to your Windows certification storage along with the private key you've used for creating this certificate and then export both as a single .pfx or .p12 file.
