Hello,

up to now we had one domain in our kerio-server. Now i have created a second domain with access to a special OU in our active directory. I followed the steps of the kb "How to map users from a specific Organizational Unit (ou) only" to manage the access to the OU.

I correctly see just the users of the OU in the import-wizard and can also import them from the active directory, but i can't connect to the mailbox over webclient. I get the following error-message:

HTTP/WebMail: Authentication failed for user xxx. Attempt from IP address xxxx. External authentication service rejected authentication due to invalid password or authentication restriction.

In the domain-configuration-wizard at the directory-service-page stands the OU in front of the domain in the field USERNAME and with it the connection test failed. Without the OU in the Username the connection-test works, but it changes also the domain-name at the end of the page and then I get all domain-users in the second domain and not just the one of the OU.
