Since the Upgrade of an Kerio Operator Box 3000 Series to Software Version 2.5 and later on 2.5.1 there are a lot of total Crashes of the Box. Telephony is working well, but when the Box is crashing no login per Web-GUI is possible anymore. Only a full reboot can help.
Interesting are messages in the logstore, coming again and again at least every second:
In WARNING: webeventd: WebEventdUsers::nchanGetSubscriberCount - empty response.
In ERROR: nginx: alert: 768 worker_connections are not enough.
We need urgent help, before the upgrade the Box was running the last two years since installation without any problems.
Thanks for any help!

Hi,

please contact our technical support team for further help. We'll need a support info file to understand what is happening.

This is how to generate the file:
1. Enable SSH (http://kb.kerio.com/1014).
2. Wait until the issue happens again.
3. Generate a support info file (button on the System Health screen). If you can't access Administration, then log in via SSH and execute: "cd /tmp; supportInfo.sh". This script will generate file /tmp/supportInfo.zip. Please use scp to copy it to your computer and send it to us. Don't use the forum as the file contains private information.

Thank you,
Filip

Thanks, Filip, for your help and advice. We'll try to generate the support info next time happening.
But can you tell anything about the error messages? What do they mean and what is causing these errors?
Thanks a lot for your help,
Andi

The nginx error means that there have been too many connections to the webserver. Is the webserver accessible from the public internet?

Yes, https-access is necessary for the login with Kerio operator softphone app for external Hotline-Agents.

Hej, Filip, the server had a full hangup this morning and I generated an supportinfo-file. What is the mail address I can send to? It's too large for the pm.
Thanks,
Andi
