Hello,

One of our supplier told us that our mail server was considered as a spammer : server takes too much time to respondd on smtp transaction.

MXToolbox is also displaying warning about it. Our Linux Kerio Connect 9.2 takes up to 15 seconds to respond these requests.

I don't know how to shorten this time ! In "Spam repellent" tab, "Delay SMTP Greeting by [seconds] is unticked and I cannot see suspect activities and server side nor on our firewall !

Does anyone have a clue ?

Best regards

You may try to disable "Log hostnames for incoming connection" in Advanced settings. Incorrectly configured port mapping or DNS may cause delays while resolving DNS.
