Hi guys!
I'm new here, so I'm gonna ask probably a stupid question that has been asked several times before.

Lately, some users are complaining that they receive spam messages from users that are not in the Kerio 's database. I looked into the problem, adjusted and added some filters but that didn't do the trick.

Then i saw something to turn on the LDAP service in Kerio. So, how do i use this function correctly. Should i lower the standard setting (1000)? Or is there another solution?

Also, i use a relay SMTP server for outgoing mail. This relay service provided me a DKIM code that i implemented into the DNS server.

You need create SPF and Caller-ID records for your domain http://kb.kerio.com/248
and while receiving the mail, increase spam score or block messages from servers not defined in your DNS records http://kb.kerio.com/1173

OK, thanks for the help and tips. I will look into it. I made already an SPF record but only for the outgoing relay server.
Is this a common problem or just bad configuration?

This is a -very- common problem. Using SPF and having it properly configured should bring big relief to your users.
