We are evaluating Kerio Operator seriously as our new phone system. However we are missing two functions or at least a cannot find them:

  • direct call forwarding/redirecting code for table phones: our actual system gives us the possibility to send a two digit code followed by an internal (or external) number. This enables a forwarding rule directly to that provided target for every incoming call of the line. There should also be a code to disable this forwarding rule. Is there a way to enable such a function?
  • "do not disturb" and "redirecting"-codes for our CTI-software: Is there a code in operator for those two functions so we could configure our TAPI to transfer those commands from our CTI-software (ESTOS ProCall) to Operator?

Any feedback on this would be very appreciated!

Users can change their forwarding rules using the Operator client interface (Kerio Operator Softphone for web/desktop).

There are no pbx feature codes for setting up forwarding or dnd.
