Hi,
I got a great problem. I am using Kerio Operator 2.5.1 as VM. I works fine. I also have 12 Alcatel Temporis IP700G IP-Phones.

Problem: When I receive a call, I pick up the phone, the person who called me think, that the call is etablished and he starts speaking. But I can hear nothing till he has told his name. I think it tooks something around half a second. Than the connection is fully established. So I missed always the name of the caller ...

Does anybody can help me?

Best Regards,
LOD

Hi,

have you tried a different phone? You can try a pc softphone just to rule out that is is an Alcatel issue.

Otherwise please contact our support team. They will need some data to analyze, so:
1. Enable debug logs: asterisk, asterisk detailed
2. Start packet sniffer on all interfaces
3. Reproduce the issue
4. Generate a supportinfo file
5. Send the debug log, packet dump and supportinfo our way.

Filip
