Hi Folks,

got a strange problem here:
The voicemail of a certain unser seems to be damaged as it's not answering any calls and the user is also not able to create a new greeting etc.
I've tried to reset the vocemail by erasing the voicemail data via admin web GUI but no luck.

The warning log says
[09/Nov/2016 12:18:25] Asterisk: ast_mkdir '/var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/sip-locals/150/INBOX' failed: Input/output error

Does anybody know how to fix that and how this error could happen?

Thanks & all the best,

Is voicemail integrated with Connect? If not, have you tried to reboot Operator?

Generate a support info file and send it to fjenicek<_at_>kerio.com.

Hi,

thank you for the support file. Permissions of the directory /var/spool/asterisk/voicemail/sip-locals/150 are invalid.

A reboot should fix it.

Sorry, forget my last post, it's not a permission issue, but something else.

Hi Filip,

no problem Smile
Can I solve it anyway by rebooting the machine?

Best,
Silverstar

The issue is caused by a long username<_at_>domain string. It will be fixed in Operator 2.5.2, which is planned for next week.

Thank you for the help,
Filip
