We have just updated Kerio Connect to version 9.2.0

Since the update, users running Internet Explorer 11 are having problems downloading attachments.

The download ribbon appears at the bottom of the window, then disappears before the user has chance to select Save or Open.

It works fine in Chrome, Firefox and using the client, it just seems to be Internet Explorer that is having problems.

Is this a known problem in 9.2.0? Is there anything we can do to fix this?

We've retested it again and found no problems. Please review your security settings in Internet Options in your Windows system. Also some other softwares such as antivirus could interfere with MS IE.

I recived an email from a Kerio Technical Support Engineer confirming this is a bug in Kerio 9.2. He said it would be fixed in the next release.

See email response from him below

Our developers have confirmed this as a bug in Kerio Connect v9.2.0.

Thank you for bringing ir to our attention; it will be fixed in a future release.

FYI clicking the three dots to the right of the download option should work fine.
