Upgraded a client to Kerio Connect 9.2,
Apple mail then crashing on all customer machines if they used the exchange protocol.
Forums show know issue with 9.2 and solution is to wait till 9.2.1 or downgrade to 9.1.1

Downgraded kerio connect to 9.1.1. By running 9.2 uninstaller with removing user data or config files and installing 9.1.1
Rebooted server, uptime now 1.5 days.

Staff machines still crashing when they load on probably 50% of staff
Solution is to remove exchange connection from all machines using Apple mail program and go back to using IMAP.

Now mail server is struggling to receive and process emails.
Log files are full of errors

Error.log >> EwsOperation.cpp: EWS request MoveItem: error occurred; code 134, Item Id is malformed., auth user: xxxxxxxx
This error repeats itself continually for users

Warning.log >> GetItem: The item has invalid message class in folder index: ~xxxxxxxxx
the error repeats itself with different emails and folders and users

Server ram sitting at around 45% consistent, but then get major drops where it drops to 0%, sits there a few minutes then goes back to 45%
Server CPU is sitting 10% with the same major drops in line with ram where it drops to 0%, sits there a few minutes then goes back to 10% usage.

How much ram do you have? Consider more if possible.

12GB of ram, but never goes over 50% usage.
I am about to throw solid state drives at the issue as the reason it is slow is IOPS on the drive.
Mind you we have 8 spinning disk drives in a Raid 5, so shouldn't need solid state to have a mail server stable.
But I feel I am throwing band aid solutions at the issue rather than fixing the underlying issue as to why it keeps getting massive logs full of EWS errors.
