Running Kerio Connect 9.2.0 on Windows. I attempted to move a Kerio data store to a different volume as follows,

1. In Admin->Settings->Advanced Options I set the data store folder to it's new location.
2. I shut down Kerio Connect
3. I started to copy the store across
4. Realising it would take too long I cancelled the copy
5. I restarted Kerio and changed the data store folder back to it's original location
6. I logged in to webmail and confirmed all was well

The following morning my clients could not connect to their mailboxes. A quick search suggested removing the _keriomapi_STORE folders would resolve the problem. I stoped Kerio, moved all these folders from the data store to a backup area and then restarted Kerio. My clients could connect again, all was well.

Two days later I and others are now seeing the following error when starting Outlook, connected using KOFF. There is the following synchronisation error,

Quote:
There was a synchronization conflict concerning the 'Conversation Action Settings_0' subfolder of the 'Top of Personal Folders' folder.

Reason: It wasn't possible to create a folder with this name on the server.

As a solution, a suffix has been appended to the folder name.

Each time Outlook is restarted, the suffix on the folder name increments. The Quick Steps area on the ribbon of Outlook has lost its configured options.

I have enabled KOFF offline request messages in debug and seen the following relevant lines,
