Hi all,

a customer of mine had the following question,

if they use the web portal, or a Click to dial plugin, is it possible that it rings silently?
but that it does ring when some one calls them?

they use Normal Hardphones, Yealink's mostly.

Hi, in current version of Operator there is no such settings...

I can only imagine two extension registrations (e.g. 100 and 100p1) on same phone as two separate lines. One line will be set-up normally (with some standard ring tone) and other with "silent" ring tone. For "classic" calls you can use 1st line and for all "web based" calls line 2...
