Is the IP address of your outgoing mail server on a public black list? Check here:

The message "550 Administrative prohibition" comes from the recipients mail proxy (Sophos UTM). It is very generic and most probably it considers the mail as Spam and does not accept it.

The message "4.3.2 451 Temporary local problem, please try again!" is also an error from the recipients mail server, saying that your mail server should try it later. There can be a number of reasons.

To find the problem you must get in touch with the recipient's IT personel, so they can look in their mail logs why the mail is not accepted.

Thanks for your message !
It looks like that only M$ exchange servers reject mail coming from our Kerio Connect

Does anybody else had or have this kind of issues?
