Hi,

I have a user who somehow duplicated a ton of his emails somehow, each one duplicated almost 700 times. He claims he has no idea how he did it. He said he was just moving some sent emails into his project specific mailboxes.... anyway....Is there any way to clean this up with out having to log into his account and manually do it through the webmail interface? He has over 250,000 emails now in this one folder, and his account blossomed to over 250GB in side. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jim

Call up Kerio. Level 2 support can run a script to find them very quickly.

Thanks. I ended up doing that yesterday. The script worked and I was able to remove the dupes. So happy that worked. Thanks.

I've been doing this a lot recently for clients with growing mail stores. Especially public folders where you might have 5 or 6 people all filing the same email into a folder. It's cleared out a lot of space which is great. I've been using the following script and always do a test run before, but have never had an issue with it

Enjoy!
